The Guild Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to make a genuine effort to explore all The Guild offers. Sheepspot provides a 14-day money-back guarantee for The Guild. That money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms.

In order to qualify for a refund you must have explored the membership and participated actively in the community. “Participation” is defined as cheers, comments, posts, answers/votes, post shares, RSVPs, direct messages, and chat messages, and is measured by Mighty Network’s analytics.  In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, contact our support team at support@sheepspot.com to let us know within 14 days, starting on the first day of the first full month of your membership (i.e. July 14, 2024, by 4:59pm Eastern). We will then check the analytics associated with your membership. If you have participated with cheers, comments, posts, answers/votes, post shares, RSVPs, direct messages, and chat messages at least 15 times, you will be eligible for a refund.

We will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes more than 14 days after the first day of the first full month of your membership. After the Refund Period, all payments are non-refundable.

Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, Sheepspot will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. Sheepspot does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement and the Company’s Terms of Use. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
